The average sale price for all single-family homes is up from the beginning of the year, though is down compared to 2015. The average market time has climbed but is still below the 2018 peak.

Over the past year, the total dollar volume and number of sales for condominiums and townhomes is down about 20% but has gone up slightly in single-family homes.

Gold Coast defined as east of LaSalle, North Ave south to Chicago, and east of Michigan Ave to the River.

The average sale price for all single-family homes remains steady over the last year and has been steady since 2015. The average market time trend went up marginally over 2020 but recovered back to the pre-pandemic market time.

Over the past year, the total dollar volume for condominiums and townhomes has gone up 20% and the number of sales increased by 10%. There was no change in those categories for single-family homes.

There aren't many 3BR single-family homes in Lincoln Park, and the average sale price fell in 2020 and since 2015. 4-5BR single-family homes remain steady over the last year and since 2015. The average market time trend had up's and down's over 2020 but recovered back to the pre-pandemic market time.

Over the last year across the board, there was a 2% decrease in total dollar volume and a 5% decrease in the number of sales.

The average sale price for all single-family homes grew over the last year and has enjoyed an increase since 2015. The average market time trend was a mix in 2020 but is below the pre-pandemic market time.

Over the past year, townhomes saw 30-40% increases in total dollar volume and number of sales, and condominiums and single-family homes both saw single-digit decreases in the same categories.

Over the past year, condominiums and townhomes were steady in the total number of sales as compared to 2019, and only had a slight dip of 5% in total dollar volume. However the single-family home sector jumped over 38% in the number of sales, and 55% in total dollar volume.
